The firm which has full offices in London, and Ottawa is currently looking for a Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to join our growing London team.

Position Details:Preparation of reports, proposals, and specifications and other correspondence.
Proofread and edit materials to ensure quality of language, proper format and accuracy of content.
Creation of new digital marketing materials and initiatives.
Maintain and update company social media presence including the company website, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Working independently and with various staff members to ensure accuracy and maintain organization of filing system, which includes catalogues, files and drawings.
Answer phone calls, take messages, organizing business orders and mailing, greet clients as they enter the office.
Work to deadlines, and overtime when required to meet project schedules.
Provide leadership and help formulate company strategies and policies in areas that affect the clerical department.
Develop strategies related to computers and software needs as they apply to this department.
Participate in the Social Committee to provide company events including internal office and family events.
Training and supervising business administration co-op students.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
The ability to work independently as well as on a team
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
G license and own vehicle
